Refund policy

Eligibility for a Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund only if one of the following applies:

  • The garment arrives damaged

  • The garment is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Reported to us within 7 days of delivery (or your preferred timeframe)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [Insert Contact Email] with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the garment and the defect/incorrect item

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement of the same item, or

    • A refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Any request made outside the return window

Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if a return is required).
If the return request does not qualify under our policy, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund (after approval):

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)
