To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

In its original packaging

Reported to us within 7 days of delivery (or your preferred timeframe)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund:

Clear photos of the garment and the defect/incorrect item

If approved, we will issue either:

A replacement of the same item, or

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Sale or final sale items

Any request made outside the return window
Shipping Costs
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if a return is required).
If the return request does not qualify under our policy, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
