Order Processing
All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
We ship all orders once per week, every Saturday.
Any order completed before Friday at 11:59 PM will be included in the upcoming Saturday shipment. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following Saturday.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, typical delivery estimates are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped on Saturday, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to their shipment. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed to the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist as best as we can.
